陶磁器CKD6136iの平床式トレーラーCNCの旋盤からの広く利用された高品質
機械特徴および主技術的な表示器
1) 工作機械は従来の横の旋盤のレイアウトを採用する。全体の設計によい気密性があり、安全基準に合う。ベッドのような主要な基本的な部分および足はすべて樹脂の砂、人工的に老化する処置と投げられ、全機械の安定性は優秀である。
2) 工作機械の縦方向および側面動きの斧は脈拍のエンコーダーの位置の検出およびフィードバックを用いるサーボ モーター、精密球ねじ組、高い剛性率の精密合成の忍耐ドライブおよびsemi-closedループ制御 システムによって運転される。
3) 紡錘の速度は高く、可変的な頻度速度の正規の範囲は選ぶことができ全機械の騒音は低い。
4) 紡錘の直通の穴の直径は大きい、棒を渡す機能は強く、適用範囲は広い。
5) 効果的に工作機械の動的応答の特徴およびねじガイド・レールの耐用年数を改善できる球のねじおよびガイド・レールの共同表面の強制自動潤滑のための中心にされたルブリケーターによって装備されている。
6) 用具のポストを持ち上げないで任意内部スプレー タイプは工作物の表面質を改善することおよび冷却剤がはねかけることを防ぐことをより促す。
7) 工作機械の標準的な構成は国内有名なブランドの縦の4場所のタレットを採用する。特別な構成は6つの場所のような横のタレットを選ぶことができる;
