TX20-0 TX20-1の販売のための移動ビーム ガントリー フライス盤
1. TX20シリーズ ガントリー移動ビーム フライス盤は工作物の非金属材料加工の鉄の金属、非鉄金属および一部分の高速度鋼の炭化物用具のために適した精密機械化の工作機械の新しい世代である。製粉はプロセスの平面、高低の表面、傾向がある表面、側面、溝のクラス、ボーリング、訓練および他のプロセスを完了できる。
2. 仕事台の転送方式:Tのタイプ仕事台の鉛ねじドライブ、stepless調節可能な働く速度を実現するACサーボ・システムによるドライブ。
3. ビーム錠:TX20シリーズ ビームは機械的に自動的にロックされて、ビーム持ち上がることを用いるチェーン制御を実現する。
4. 縦の製粉の頭部の供給はstepless調節可能である。
5. 側面の製粉の頭部の製粉の供給の量はstepless調節可能である。
6. すべての工作機械は私達の会社によって、処理されて、集まっていて投げられる。投げる材料は熱の振動および二次時間の処置によってHT250質の鋳鉄、完全に、十分に鋳造の内部圧力を除去するためにである。ベッド ボディ、コラムおよびビーム ガイド・レールはずっと極度に可聴周波に癒やすことである。
7. ユーザーのニーズに従って、特別な指定は3つの力の製粉の頭部（1つの縦の製粉の頭部および2つの側面の製粉の頭部）によってカスタマイズすることができる。
