Features of this machine: This machine tool is a regular horizontal lathe, which adopts advanced processing and assembly technology, highprecision, good stablity, high rigidity, high speed, large through-hole diameter, and wide range of use. lt is designed for turing blackmetal, non-ferrous metal, and some non-metalic material parts with hard alloy and hich-speed steel cuting tools. This machine toois suitable for rough and fine machining of various complex rotary surfaces, and can also perform cuting, boring, threading and other machining.
The main structure of this machine tool is a solid loor type bed body, plastic coated guide rall surace, good wear resistance, and guide rallwidth of 970mm. The guide rall adopts medium frequency Quenching, processing length can reach up to 20 meters. The feed adopts theprinciple of mechanicaltransmission.
